Remake '23 highlights the ever changing world of event marketing and investigate the ways in which the format of promoting events is evolving from still to incorporating motion. Recent trends suggest moving posters are becoming ever more popular. I took past event posters and re-designed them before finally bringing them alive in After Effects.

 

Throughout the processs of re-designing, I took it as an opportunity to do an intensive exploration of the evolution of poster design, with a focus on the incorporation of 90s rave flyer design elements in my own experiments.  I utilised different printing techniques, such as the risograph printer, which added vibrancy, texture and a duotone effect to my posters.
